Basic phone support minutes include research time spent by TACT support people to help solve your problem. Support calls due to program errors are not charged.
Tax updates, when purchased seperately, do not include changes to the TACT program due to changes in tax laws. They include only the tax tables. If the laws change or the W-2 format changes, you may have to purchase all program updates that you have missed to get the latest program changes, depending upon the extent of the changes.
