TACTWORKS is now offering a new, monthly, bookkeeping service. The service includes the following:
Balancing your checkbooks
Balancing all payroll accruals (taxes, deductions, pension plans)
Balancing sales and use tax accruals
Balancing the WIP report to the G/L
Closing the month
Providing a detailed report of the reconciliation and any discrepancies including instructions (if necessary) for corrections.
The basic charge for this monthly service for most companies is $400.00. This price might increase based on the volume of transactions in your company. The introductory charge for the first month is $400.00. Charges for subsequent months may be adjusted based on what we find while reconciling the first month.
Year-end services are also available on a quoted basis. This would include interpreting and entering your accountant’s year-end adjustments, closing the year and preparing for the new fiscal year.

In order to take advantage of this service, you must sign up for gotomypc.com and have an internet connection on a computer that also has TACT running on it. Gotomypc currently costs $14.95 per month or $179.20 per year.
